If you want to defibrillate your patient, select it on:
Interventions > Defibrillation > Biphasic defibrillator – sync OFF > *select joules*
After you see the defibrillator pads placed on the patient, click on the pink plus button to apply it.
How to use the defibrillator
Note: sometimes defibrillation is unavailable because you must undertake certain actions prior to defibrillating, like:
- Positioning the patient correctly (laying them down), or
- Removing the oxygen supply.
