If you want to sit the patient on the bed, select Poses > Sit on bed.
To lay the patient down again, select Poses > Supine on flatbed.
Note: this option will be disabled if the patient is unconscious or their condition does not allow for sitting on the bed.
If you want to change into a fowler position, to raise the legs, or select other positions, those options are available on Interventions > Patient Position
