Troubleshoot AI-Driven Conversations on Windows 10

On some Windows 10 devices, the microphone icon for speech-to-text in the AI-Driven Conversations menu may not appear or function correctly in Body Interact. This is typically due to the speech recognition component (Whisper) not starting properly.

After following the steps below, the microphone icon should appear as expected and speech-to-text features will be available and working.

Keep in mind: The AI-Driven Conversations feature is currently in beta. We’re still working hard refining it, so you may encounter occasional quirks or issues. We appreciate your patience as we continue to make improvements!

Steps to Resolve

No update or reinstall needed. Just follow these steps:

  1. Download the required Microsoft component.
  2. Run the downloaded file.
  3. Follow the installation steps.
  4. Restart your device.

  • You do not need to reinstall Body Interact for this fix.
  • Administrator rights may be required to install the component.
  • If the issue persists, contact your IT administrator or support team.
