Some users have experienced long loading times or a blank screen when logging in to Body Interact or starting a simulation on the web or app. We’ve identified the issue and have a solution to get things running smoothly for you!

To fix this, we recommend:

  • Asking your IT team to whitelist our domain bodyinteract.com
  • Sharing your institution’s public IP address with us at support@bodyinteract.com so we can whitelist it on our Web Application Firewall (WAF) and prevent access issues.
