In the case that you don’t remember your Body Interact password you can either follow the process directly through BI Store or through the Body Interact app. The process is identical in both places.
- Underneath the login fields, you may find the question “Forgot your password?”. Click on this
- Enter the email address you have used to create your Body Interact account
- Click on “Recover password”
- Check your inbox so you can create a new password
In case you cannot find the email in your Inbox please check your junk/spam folder.
After this you are ready to start.
