If you have a Student account:
As a student, this happens when your educator has assigned you a Training or Evaluation Session and decided to not let you see the feedback section at the end of the case.
For this reason, only the educator will have access to the simulation reports and metrics and it will not be registered on the student’s BI Studio account.
If you have an Educator account:
As an educator, if you are using the Body Interact interactive table this means you haven’t connected the device to the internet for more than 30 days. Please connect the device to the internet and login to your BI Studio account to review your last simulations.
