How can I manage or cancel my subscription?

If you have subscribed to the Clinical Learning Journey on the Body Interact Store, you need to:

  1. Login to the Body Interact Store
  2. Go to “My Account“
  3. Select “My Subscription“
  4. Click Cancel

If you have subscribed to the Clinical Learning Journey through the App Store, to manage or cancel your subscription you need to:

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select the subscription that you want to manage
  5. Click Cancel Subscription

If you have subscribed to the Clinical Learning Journey through Google Play, to manage or cancel your subscription you need to:

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android or Tablet
  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account
  3. Tap Menu and then Subscriptions
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel
  5. Click Cancel subscription
  6. Follow the instructions

Remember: Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.
