To access Body Interact on Windows devices, you need to download the Body Interact Windows app and follow the steps below.
Step 1:
Unzip the File and Run the Platform
- Double click the downloaded file and unzip it.
- Locate the app installer file (.exe) and double-click it to begin the installation
Step 2:
Install the Body Interact app
- Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation
- During installation, the system will allow you to create a desktop shortcut
Step 3:
Start practicing
- Body Interact will now be installed and ready to use on your Windows device
- Use your login credentials to start practicing
