Unable to Order More Tests

If you see a notification indicating you cannot request more tests or exams in the simulation, it means you’ve reached the display limit.

To continue ordering new tests, you need to close or remove some of the open ones displayed on your screen. You can do this by:

  • Swiping or dragging: Swipe or click and drag each individual test off the screen.
  • Using the Bin button: Click the Bin icon to quickly remove all currently displayed tests and exams.

The number of tests you can keep open simultaneously depends on your device’s processing capacity.

You can review all performed tests and exams at any time in the Health Records folder.
