In certain clinical scenarios, your patient may require urgent procedures like angioplasty or pericardiocentesis. These procedures are performed in the Cath Lab, which you must first activate.
To transfer a patient to the Cath Lab:
Transfer the Patient to Cath Lab
- Open the Call Menu.
- Select Cath Lab – Activation.
- Once activated, return to the Call Menu.
- Choose the specific procedure: Cath Lab – Angioplasty or Cath Lab – Pericardiocentesis.
These procedure options will only become available after the Cath Lab’s activation and will also depend on the patient’s condition in the scenario.
