Understand Multiplayer Mode

Body Interact’s Multiplayer Mode allows users to simultaneously use the application, collaborating to treat the same virtual patient together. In real-time, you work as a team to make decisions, evaluate, and diagnose the patient.

Before You Start

Your multiplayer session depends on the following points. You’ll need to run through them to ensure everything works smoothly.

  • Host Platform: Use a native platform (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS apps).
  • App Version: All users must have the same version of the Body Interact app.
  • User Limit: A maximum of 4 users (including the Host) can participate in a session.
  • Feature Availability: This feature is available only with a certain type of license.
  • Environment Limitation: Multiplayer cannot be used in the Consultation environment.

Overall Tips

  • Internet Connection: Have a strong and stable internet connection, preferably via an Ethernet cable.
  • Equipment Quality: Good equipment improves the experience and facilitates communication. Devices with characteristics close to minimum requirements or equipment like Chromebooks may experience poorer connections.
  • Communication: To treat the patient together and communicate with other participants, we recommend using a third-party communication platform such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
