Performance Not Registered After Scenario

If you’ve completed a clinical scenario but your performance was not registered in Body Interact, the reason depends on your account type.

For Learner Accounts

If your performance was not recorded, it might be due to how your educator configured the session. In Training, Evaluation or OSCE Sessions, educators can choose to hide the feedback section at the end of the simulation. When this happens:

  • Your performance data will not appear in your BI Studio account.
  • Only the educator will be able to access the full simulation report and metrics.

This is a normal part of the assessment setup.

For Educator Accounts (Interactive Table)

If you completed a scenario using the Body Interact interactive table and your performance wasn’t registered, the issue may be related to connectivity. Simulations are only registered when the device is regularly connected to the internet.

  • If the table has been offline for more than 30 days, your recent scenarios may not sync with BI Studio.
  • Please connect the device to the internet and log into your BI Studio account to update your simulation history.
