To change the language displayed in Body Interact, follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Language.
3. Choose your preferred language from the available options.

Body Interact offers various language options for both text and audio. The extent of translation differs by language:
- Full Translation (Text & Audio): English (International, US, UK), Portuguese (PT-PT, PT-BR), Spanish, Chinese, French, Japanese, Russian, Bulgarian.
- Text Translation (English Audio): Turkish.
- Partial Translation (Key Elements & Dialogues – English Audio): Italian, Polish, Ukrainian.
- Basic Translation (Dialogue, Learning Goals, Scenario Context – English Fallback & Audio): Hungarian, Slovak, Czech, Romanian.
