To address this, please follow these steps:
1. Whitelist our domain
Ask your IT team to whitelist the domain:
bodyinteract.com
2. Share your institution’s public IP address
Email your public IP address to:
support@bodyinteract.com
We will whitelist it in our Web Application Firewall (WAF) to prevent access issues.
