1.5 Metrics and Reports

This menu is Admin-exclusive, designed to give you an overview of all activity within your institution.

While other metrics pages focus on specific session or student performance, the Reports menu tracks the overall usage of BI Studio and the Body Interact simulator by both your educators and your students.

How It Works

The menu is organized into two main tabs to simplify your view:

• Teachers Tab: See the activity of all educators in your entity.
• Students Tab: See the activity of all students in your entity.

What You Can Track

Both tabs give you a clear summary of key actions, including:

• Total simulations started and finished
• Total sessions created and completed
• Total checklists created
• The most used scenarios

This data is also presented in a detailed table, allowing you to see the specific activity for each user.

Export Your Data

You can export this data at any time by clicking the Excel icon to download a complete Excel file for your records.
