Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

If you’re subscribed to the Clinical Learning Journey, here’s how your billing works:

For App Store Subscriptions (Apple)

To manage or cancel your subscription if you subscribed via the App Store:

  1. Open the Settings app on your Apple device.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select the Clinical Learning Journey subscription that you want to manage.
  5. Click Cancel Subscription.

For Google Play Subscriptions

To manage or cancel your subscription if you subscribed via Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android phone or tablet.
  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap Menu (usually three horizontal lines) and then Subscriptions.
  4. Select the Clinical Learning Journey subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Click Cancel subscription.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Important Note: Uninstalling the Body Interact app will not cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps above through your app store settings.
