Understand Global Metrics

BI Studio provides key global metrics to help educators track user performance and engagement with Body Interact clinical scenarios.

Here’s the meaning of these core metrics:

  • Total Simulations: This value shows how many times a user has performed simulations. It includes all attempts: initial runs and any repeated simulations of the same scenario.
  • Correct Answer: This percentage reflects how often users answered the Summative Multiple-Choice Question correctly at the end of each scenario. It evaluates clinical reasoning and knowledge retention after completing the simulation.
  • Simulation Accuracy: This percentage measures how many successful scenarios the user has completed compared to their total number of completed scenarios. A scenario is considered successful when:
    • The performance meets the expected standards during the scenario, and
    • The user selects the correct answer to the Summative Multiple-Choice question.

These metrics help educators identify progress, accuracy in decision-making, and consistency in clinical performance.
